We are located right in the center of Paxton, MA, minutes from Worcester, MA.

At Metta Wellness, our main goal is to offer practical methods for you to achieve balance in your daily life. Drawing from the insights and ancient teachings of Ayurveda, we provide services such as massage, Ayurvedic sessions, wellness practices, and self-care techniques.

Housekeeping need to knows:

• We require a credit card to hold your booking, we do not charge until the time of your appointment, or if no show. You may pay cash at the time of your visit, we do ask that you have the correct amount(session + tip, if giving).
• Gift card: Please note in the booking section that you have a gift card or e-card, before you session, please present your gift certificate at time of appointment.
• Arrive 10-15 early for your first session to allow time to fill out health form and check in. Appointments will end at scheduled time.
