Have you thought about trying Taiji (pronounced Tai Chi), but not sure?
This is a short 6 week course will help introduce you to the gentle movements and flow of Qi.
Over the 6 weeks, you will learn a sequence, sometimes called moving meditation. The flow of breath and body to move energy, balance mind and calm.
Take time for yourself and find a new way to bring in a balance to your mind and body.
This year is all about self care.
Must have 4 students to run.
