This is one of the most common Ayurvedic treatments. This is full body lymphatic treatment with warm herbalized oils. Lets help nourish the body and balance the natural healing through the body, mind and spirit. Come back to your natural healing state through Ayurvedic massage.
During your Ayurvedic massage the breasts & stomach are exposed to work the lymph nodes in this area. We can adjust the way this area is covered if you are uncomfortable.

Anti-Stress

A gentle re-balancing treatment with essential oils to enhance the relaxation, leaves you calm and stress free. This treatment is a combination of massage, energy balancing and essential oils. This subtle energy treatment helps re-balances the natural healing of the mind, body connection.
This is an ideal treatment if you work at a desk or computer all day, high stress, mental well being or just looking to re-balance and center the system.

Wellness Consultaion

Weaving together Western, Ayurveda and traditional herbal aspects to achieve a healthy balance. Working together to balance the root issue or to bring balance in where needed.
With an in-depth conversation, review of your health , daily routines and goals to create a wellness routine.
After your consult, you will receive an overview of the suggestions from your consult. You may have herbal recommendations, yoga or essential oils recommended to you.
Follow up 2weeks, then 1month after original consult.

Taking time to give space to self with a guided meditation. This is a space that you can settle in, take the time and allow yourself space to come back to your space.

This massage flows from gentle stretching, deeper strokes to long flowing techniques all to create the massage you need now.
This massage is calming to the mind and balancing to the body.
Regular massage is shown to help with your overall well-being, calm the mind, boost the immune response and decrease stress.

Herbalized oil Massage

Each season I blend herbs infused in oils to create balance in the massage, in addition to the herbs, essential oils can be added on an individual bases.
During the summer months, I have a cooling blend of oils, coconut and aloe to cool, hydrate and nourish the system through the hot summer months.

Energy balance w/ kids

This session can be meditation, reiki, Thai stretching all designed to focus on balancing energy and decreasing anxiety or stressors. This session can range 30-45min depending on the child. The focus is finding a calming energy, giving tools for both child and parent.
